Arenas & Training:
- Covered Sanded Arena (128’ x 112’): Equipped with power and water access, featuring covered stadium seating.
- Open Sanded Arena (205’ x 120’): A dedicated space for maneuvers and barrel racing, fully equipped with power for equipment and training needs.
Boarding & Turnouts:
- Pasture Turnouts: Large areas that can be divided or kept open for multiple horses, featuring automatic waterers.
- Feeding Stations: 12’ x 18’ covered and shaded feeding stations with wall feeders.
- Equipment: Access to bail feeders.
Barn & Storage:
- Tack & Saddle Room: A dedicated 12’ x 12’ secured space.
- Hay Storage: 12’ x 12’ enclosed room and 12’ x 30’ hay storage sheds.
